Ramen House Story
Ramen House was created with a simple idea in mind: to serve delicious, honest food at a price everyone can enjoy. We proudly introduce Chilliwack’s first traditional ramen experience, featuring the rich, authentic flavors of Hakata-style tonkotsu ramen from Fukuoka, Japan. After countless trials and years of dedication, we developed our own unique recipe—one that balances depth, warmth, and comfort. Our slow-simmered pork-bone broth is creamy and full-bodied, paired with handcrafted noodles made fresh in-house. It may be simple, not flashy, but it is a proper, satisfying meal made with care. At Ramen House, we hope every bowl brings people together, offering comfort to those carrying the weight of everyday life. More than just a meal, we serve a warm bowl that nourishes both body and soul.
Ramen
Our passion lies in our creamy tonkotsu broth—slowly simmered from pork bones for hours to extract deep umami, then carefully refined to achieve a rich yet smooth finish. Handmade Gyoza
All of our dishes are made from scratch, and our handmade gyoza is one of our proudest offerings. Using fresh vegetables and quality meats, each dumpling is carefully prepared with our own special recipe. Seasoned with a house-made sauce and crafted from premium ingredients, our gyoza delivers a perfectly balanced, savory flavor. Wrapped in a thin, delicate skin and pan-fried to golden perfection, they offer a light yet crispy texture. With every bite, subtle aromas and irresistible crunch come together to create a deeply satisfying experience.
Bubble Tea
Our bubble tea menu is intentionally simple, featuring about ten carefully selected drinks we are most confident in. Rather than overwhelming you with endless options, we focus on perfecting the flavors that truly matter. Each drink is thoughtfully crafted with balance and quality in mind, delivering a smooth, refined taste in every sip.
Presented in a clean, modern to-go cup, our bubble tea looks just as good as it tastes.
